How much does delivery cost?

We keep our shipping straightforward. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £100, a standard delivery charge of £5.95 applies.

 

How do you ship orders?

All UK orders are dispatched via DPD’s 24-hour courier service.
Orders to BFPO addresses are sent via Royal Mail, and may experience longer delivery times that are beyond our control.

 

How long will my order take?

As each item is made to order with custom embroidery and/or print, please allow 7–10 working days for delivery.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. All DPD deliveries include email and SMS tracking updates. You’ll receive notifications from dispatch through to final delivery.
